As some already know, i have been having trouble with a girl at work. I have brought it to my boss' attention several time with no improvement. Well she did it again so bad yesterday that i was crying at work and when i got home. So today i mentioned it again just in passing. didn't tell them about her tadn 2 others talking about me behind my back eitehr. but was point blank told to just bare it that they will not be firing her.

So to make this a mumm, shoudl i still remain or start looking ofr anotgher job and give my notice?
