Went out to a few events this weekend and had a blast. A friends wedding, Visit a friends Pregnant friend at the hospital, St. Patrick's Day Party and The International Auto Show. Everything was alot of fun and I was looking forward to coming home and having a good nights sleep.
When I get home there was some bad news waiting for me. The hot water heater in the place I just moved into has broken and flooded a large poriton of the basement. My room was not spared from the "soaking".
The water got to the luggage that I am temporarily using for my clothes, so all the clean clothes are wet. I guess I'm going to be doing laundry for the better part of the night. Add to that the clean up guys are here and will be stripping up the carpet to pull the underlay out.
I do not think I will be getting that much rest tonight... I hope that the landlord gets stuff settled in a hurry so that we can get on with living.
