Ever since 06/19/2012 I have been counting every single thing that I have eaten. Every Calorie, Every Fat Gram, Every Saturated Fat Gram, Every Carbohydrate. This is not an easy task to do because on some things I have to assume how much fat is in it like Meatloaf that my grandmother made. I have no idea so I had to go online and estimate. If you take a look at my Food Diary blog you can see I have kept track of EVERYTHING. I just weighed myself because I was curious to see if I had lost anything and it is on the same thing was on the 19th which is 270. If I stand a certain way it says 269 but idk. That scale looks like its a hundred years old. How long should I weight after starting a diet should I weigh in? Some people say don't weigh in too often because it discourages you so how often should I weigh in?
