Here it is only Tuesday (well nearly Wednesday depending on your time zone) and it's been a long week already. Hubby's schedule is all out of whack working some nights and some days and swapping back and forth so he's exhausted and daughter is back to school 5 days a week and her schedule is out of whack and Mom's Taxi is no longer used to leaving at 7:30 in the morning 5 days a week so I'm not doing much better sleeping at night! So should I get up early to workout and take a nap after I take her to school or should I just do my workout after I take her to school and accept the fact that a nap is not in my future? (No I'm on a roll so not working out is not an option lol) |
