I finally consulted an attorney regarding termination from my clerical job 5 days after being diagnosed with a chronic disease. His advice at this point is


A. Write them a letter stating that I want them to reinstate me with back pay and/or to pay for the biopsy that I had to cancel when I lost medical coverage.

B. Call the EOCC and let them investigate the matter.
