So I just finished paying off my current car & always wanted to buy a Jeep. Yesterday, I found a '99 Wrangler with 170k miles. Going to have my mechanic look at it today but it appears to be in good shape. Carfax came back with no huge red flags, but curiously the last owner had it for 7 years and only put 43000 miles on it. Asking price $8000, roughly $1000 over KBB. Should I get it?
