I'm curious, since you joined CherryTap (be it last week, or last year), do you think CT has improved or gotten worse? (taking everything into account, people, performance, features, problems, etc).

As always, feel free to be honest, I'm not looking for a circle jerk here.. just an honest assessment of how we've been doing.
