Ok so I went on a job interview the other day. I have been hounding this company to give me an interview for about a week because the pay good and I would be able to move were I want to if I got the job. Before the interview, they asked me if I had an electrical backround. I told them yes. I finally get the interview and they ask me if I have ever worked in a cleanroom doing assembely with big machines. I havnt done that so they wouldnt hire me. The work looked hella easy. It was just pushing buttons, a little grinding of metal and assembely. My electrical backround never even came into play. How do they ever expect you to be experienced if they wont give you a shot? Its not the kind of work you need schooling for!! Do you think something about me struck them as bad or they found someone already and brought me in just to get me off their backs? |
