I have had a disabilty case that has been in the court system for over 6 years. It is a genetic disorder for which there is no cure. (for now, I have hope)...
It causes me 24/7 pain. It is called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
My lawyer has been "dicking" around, so to speak but I have already went before a judge. I now have a recent DR. appointment which may or may not help to determine the outcome.
here is my question....
If The Judge deems it a "fail" I still have the right to keep fighting.
Do I keep fighting? Or do I just accept it the way it is and end up in a wheelchair by 40?
Mind you, I have a 3 year old child I am supposed to take care of...
((Look up EDS..You shall see what I am fighting with))
If I work, under the restrictions set by my previous Dr. BEFORE I moved, I WILL end up in a wheelchair....
