I am finlly getting my divorce, and also had to get a restraining order on my ex. This is going to be baaaaaaaaad divorce I can feel it in my bones. He has a travel trailer and a truck and a mobile trailer on his one acre land. All I want is my divorce, full custody of our two children, child support, the restraining order, and to be away from my ex. I don't want spousal support, I don't want half of his land (even though he bought it while we were married) I don't want nothing to do with him. I will let him have visitation of the girls, but it is going to be supervised visitation because of his alcohol and drug abuse addictions, and he can't be trusted. I am planning on moving out of Louisiana this comming summer permenantly, and he doesn't like that idea because he will no longer have access to me then.
