Be happy if your friends don't like me, and I don't want to be around them. It works better for you. That way you don't have to be jealous if your friends end up likeing me. It may not happen often, but there's always that weird chance.
Perspective taking is a good skill. Try it more.
I rather didn't like " the secret " when I watched it. It's a lot of bullshit. Well, atleast their reasoning behind it is bullshit. It's about self-fullfilling prophecies. That's it in a nutshell. People will likely act according to how you treat them. You treat them like an asshole, they will probably act like that. Who's happy and nice when the person they are talking to is treating them like they are an asshole? There's probably some people, like customer relations or whatever that are paid to do that shit. But just take a step back to think about it.
People often rise, or lower, to your expectations of them. I've seen it happen.
I do try to keep telling myself that I am not responsible for other peoples actions. And there was something else funny that went along with that, but I forgot. Maybe it was a repititios, " Ok, don't stare at other women's titts, don't stare at other womens titts. " lol. " Kicking them in the head will not be productive. " All sorts of things I have to remind myself of.
