My class is putting on a play next Tuesday morning and I like to make a big deal about how grateful my students and I are to my assistant in front of all their families. Usually I get a nice bouquet of flowers and a card, but it doesn't have to be that.
Should I:
a) still get her flowers and a card because flowers are always a nice gift
b) get her a gift card to Starbucks and a card because she is addicted to coffee
c) get her something else?
