I'm just an ordinary guy who would like to accomplish some extraordinary things. I've had a lot of challenges in my life that couldn't keep me down, and I've done my best to do so. In September of 2003 I found out that I had type 2 diabetes and kidney damage, but instead of feeling sorry for myself, I got healthier, lost about 40 pounds, and completed the 2004 39.3 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and raised over $2200 doing so. If I get my way, some day I'll get to write my life story because pretty much anyone I tell things about my life they never believe it, so let's see if they can swallow it all at once.

Interests
I'm a New Yorker who loves being a New Yorker. Just this weekend I went from Minor League Baseball in the Hudson Valley, to seeing a Burlesque show at South Street Seaport, to seeing Hair at the Delacourt theater in Central Park.

Movies
Comedies and action. I have a DVD collection of over 350 titles take a look, but my favorite movie of all time is "The Princess' Bride", and I'm secure enough of a man to say so.
Idols
My grandfather, he was my hero when I was a little boy and because of standing and watching him cook the Sunday dinner every week I developed my love of cooking. And my father, who I got my really off beat sense of humor from.
