I'm not a night in shining armor. I'm not Superman, Batman or any of those hero's . I'm just a man.
I can't fly, bend steel in my bare hands and in no way do bullets bounce of my chest. Yet when you are stranded or lost I will be there to save the day. When your heart is heavy and tears flow from your eyes I will dry your eyes and hold you till it all passes away. When your full of doubt , I will be the one pushing you and encouraging you to take those steps. You will have no fear of falling cause my arms will always be there to catch you.

Even thou I'm just a man I have one super power hidden in me. Waiting in the darkness to be released. The power to love completely. Without judgement or reservation. I will only rejoice in what you are and what you have yet to become. I'm part artist, Part clown, part mad scientist and even a part that remains a child. I'm not perfect on any respect. Faults I have plenty but none with regrets. I have loved and lost love in so many ways. Yet here I stand firm and unyielding. I will never give up. I will fight for love to the very end. I long for one thing in this life. To find that one true love. The love that knows no boundaries. Is gentle, kind and supportive to the very end. A love that will grow stronger every day. I will find true love one day. All I must do is listen. Love does not come on strong yelling, screaming or waiving a banner. Love comes softly like a whisper on a gentle summer breeze. Love lifts you up and holds you gently, caressing you.

This is only a small part of who I am. I am one of a kind. Forever changing and growing and sometimes falling. I'm complex yet simple. I am an answer looking for a question. I am a realist searching for a dream. I'm an enigma, a paradox, I'm an equation without a solution. I am part Cyrano de Bergerac, D'artagnan and part Mad Hatter I am all the above rolled up tight in a jelly roll. Like the onion you must peal back my layers. I'm in there waiting for you. Only if you have the courage, determination and fortitude to find me.
