I've been wanting a half sleeve tattoo for quite some time.
it will cost about $2000-$3000 easy.
I've had the money saved for awhile but can never seem to bring myself to spend it on that even though I really would like to.
I've also thought about using the money to invest in a piece of art by Clive Barker. At least that stands a chance of going up in value,
but then I think the responsible thing to do would be to save it for an emergency, so the money just sits there in the bank.
what do you think is the best move? I've thought about this for years.
