My fellow fubarians:
I was talking with a female friend of mine in the gym this evening when she "dared" me to skip the gym tomorrow. I looked at her and told her she just lost her mind! She said: "Seriously, the day off will allow your body to heal." I already know this, but i skipped Sat & Sun. So, my mumm is, do i take her "dare" and skip tomorrow's workout, or go anyway and train my arms & abs? |
