Ok technically this is a poll, but I'll toss this serious issue out for discussion. The Missouri legislature is debating making internet harassment a criminal offense. This bill stems from the recent suicide of a 13 year old girl who was harrassed on line. The harrassers turned out to be the parents of a person the victim had fought with.
So..
