Basic Ingredients:
2 Eggs(medium)
200g Sugar
100g Butter(culinary butter)
200g Chocolate(I use the chocolate we mix with milk to drink and not culinary chocolate)
250g of Biscuits
I don't do exactly with this amounts cause it depends how liquid it goes.
The solid it goes better will be. So this is how I do it:
I use the 2 eggs, around 150g of Sugar, around 80g of Butter, at least 200g of chocolate and
at least 250g of Biscuits.
Sometimes I have to add a little more chocolate to make it more solid and the biscuits
I most of the times have to put over 300g(it depends how solid it is when I reach the 250g)
So this is the steps:
- I melt the butter and mix it with both eggs till it get fully mixed.
- I add the sugar and mix it again till it gets completely mixed.
- I start to add the chocolate, not all at same time but small quantities mixing well between them.
Now you should have a more solid than liquid mixture.
- Now we need to crack the biscuits in small pieces and mix it, normally I crack 5 or 6 at a time and mix them.
-The end product must be very solid, if you see that it still shows some kind of wet chocolate you can continue
adding some more biscuits till it gets dry.
-Now just need to put it in some cooking paper and put it in the fridge.
