Yesterday I was watching my kids play at the park and I saw a 7 year-old with a cell phone and an ipod. I couldnt believe it. I believe that is to young. My 9 year-old has a cell phone and only because she bought with her allowance and I dont help her buy minutes for it.
What age should they need one at?
