| About a month ago I was summoned for jury duty, my first time ever. I ended up being selected to be on the grand jury for my part of the county and it is a 4 month term. We only go 1 or twice during our term, depending on the crime rate. So my question is, is it better to be on a grand jury and only have to serve once or twice for 4 months (and you can not be summoned for a trial jury) or take the chances with a trial jury where you could be stuck getting selected on the never ending court trials? |
