I commute 70 miles a day. Last week my coworker bought a 2007 Hyundai sedan. He commutes 80 miles a day. He gets 38 miles per gallon (I get 25 mpg).
In the U.S. we are hooked on middle eastern oil -this addiction has made for some difficult times over the years.
I like the idea of high mileage rides, but there aren't many American Car manufacturers who build them.
Do you agree with the Detroit automakers? Do Americans really want BIG gas guzzling SUVs, or do we want better fuel economy? |
