Sometimes network TV just puts out garbage, but thanks to basic cable, we get to see original programming which probably would be canceled by the big four. So if you had to choose between these two?

USA: Monk, Psych, The 4400, Dead Zone, RAW, etc.
FX: The Shield, Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, Over There, etc.
