| My grand daughter is 3 weeks old. She's at the point where she hates to sleep on her side or back. Years ago Dr's said lay on belly not on back. Now they say back not belly. Well my 23 yr old daughter of course is listening to the Dr and her baby is only sleeping maybe 4 hours in a 24 hour period and that's just cat napping. Rest of the time she cries for hours til I cant take it anymore and put her belly down on my lap out she goes. Yesterday I gave her a nap belly down she slept 5 hours. To me this is a no brainer but for a new mom she just don't get it. I never but in but all this screaming I just feel bad for the baby. The Dr just has her so scared by the SIDS terms. Well my view is they can choke if they vomit on their back. Need ur help... |
