Mom and I went to a concert tonight and I was thinking about all the bands I've seen live... figure I make up a list for myself. The Beach Boys Brooks & Dunn (twice) Trace Adkins Savage Garden Kid Rock (twice, and a half he came onstage at another concert) Gretchen Wilson (twice) Kenny Chesney Ozzy Osbourne Black Label Society Rob Zombie Soil Foo Fighters Coldplay Blly Idol Good Charlotte Social Distortion New York Dolls Garbage Echo & The Bunnymen They Might Be Giants Louis XIV Goo Goo Dolls Bon Jovi (twice) Hinder Black Stone Cherry Finger 11 Red 3 Doors Down Aerosmith Run DMC Def Leppard Linkin Park Jay Z Black Eyed Peas Dave Matthews Band Will Smith w/ DJ Jazzy Jeff Rob Thomas Keith Urban Toby Keith Big & Rich The Warren Brothers Green Day My Chemical Romance (ug!didn't like them as a small band- still didn't like them as a big one... their stage show sucks ass) I'm sure there are more also but its late and I can't think. To be fair the bulk of these were at HFSetival in Baltimore, MD; and Live 8 in Philly (I was 20 feet from Jon Bon Jovi!) So with Live 8 there are also all the bands they had all over the world broadcasted onto screens- but figure that's just about like watching it on TV so I'm not counting them. Also not mentioning a lot of the bands I've seen that are local to NJ or the east coast even. A few did pretty well for themselves too... a few played shows with my brother's bands also! Anyways, this is my useless post for the night. Oh and if you were curious it was 3 Doors Down and Red we saw tonight. Red impressed me, and I got to get their autograph so I guess I gotta learn some of their songs now. 3 doors down was pretty damn cool, and I think Mom really liked it! She's gotten to meet them before with a friend of ours. I'll post pictures later maybe. Night all, leave me some love ok?

So whats new... Well, Alannah's walking. And of course getting in to anything and everything! She's acting a lot older than she really is... unfortunately this means through fits when she gets told no. She's wants to feed herself at all times- too bad she hasnt quite mastered the art of using a spoon yet! Other then that she's getting big. Waving bye bye, high fiving, blowing kisses. Work is work. It makes me tired. I'm still single. That still sucks. Anyways, it's almost my bed time!

So things have been going pretty well I suppose. Work has been busy but it's slowing down now. Which is a good thing. I had been working 40 hours in 4 days. Would have been working more but I'm not allowed overtime. Alannah's getting so big. She's 19 lbs 12 oz and 27 inches tall. She 'saying' mama and nana. And yesterday and today she has taken 3 steps all by herself! Back in Dec. she had her first plane trip when my uncle passed away. It was a nightmare trip out there that included canceled flights, a night in a hotel (thankfully paid for by the airline) a huge error on the part of the airline that included not actually booking our flight the following day and lost luggage. The trip back went off without a hitch. In April Mom and I are going to take a roadtrip (with Alannah of course) to North Carolina. Alannah will get to meet all our family down there and all three of us will meet Ms. Emma Mae. My uncle's gf is due any day now. It's a little weird for me.. I'm older than Christine is... heh. Anyways... I guess this is all really. Still single. Still hating it.

:) My cousin Kayla, and her fiance Kreg are coming to visit today :) He's from around here, and they're up here visiting for the holidays... When mom talked to her today mom said we're looking forward to see you guys.. Kayla said, I can't wait to see that baby! ...we're now chopped liver! but thats ok. :)

5 days until Alannah's first Christmas. I've had her gifts all bought for well over a week now. There is one more thing I'd like to get her but I don't know that it will happen. Will have to check my bank account and figure what may be able to wait until next paycheck. Mom's gifts are all done too... every one else is having to wait until after the holidays. Work's been going ok I guess. Been busy. 40 hours in the office last week, in 4 days. Next week is going to be much of the same. Since I have permission to have the 40 hours I'm going to do my damndest to get there. 80 hours on a check will make for a good check right when I need it. Anyways. today Mom and I are heading to Springfield. Gotta pick up Alannah's Christmas pictures. Might head to the mall and get her picture taken with Santa. Ah well... gotta get off of here and find my glasses before my head explodes.

I have sole physical and legal custody of my daughter.

My uncle passed away this morning, at the age of 69. He had been fighting lung cancer.

This weekend has been a good one. First of all my Grandpa came up from NC to visit. :) Second, Alannah turned 6 months old. She is 16lbs and 25.25 inches. Third, I got promoted at work! I'll go into more details some other time when I'm not trying to do a million things and having someone keep talking to me... :)

My Grandpa is coming in today from NC. :) Of course when I go to work tonight I'm basically there for a day and a half (I'll be home fairly late tonight and need to leave by 8 AM for a long day tomorrow.) I'm off Sunday morning and then I'm off until the following Saturday. All in all the two long days I'll have will prove to actually make a halfway good check for me I suppose. And I will get to spend some time with Grandpa. Tomorrow Alannah is 6 months old. :) Happy Halloween.

I don't get online as much as I used to... and when I do there are a couple of sites I like to check most often. One is a pay site ($10 for 6 months) and my subscription has run out. I have a spare $1 until payday. I am going nuts. This is pathetic.
