Hey everyone, my name is Jake... I live in a small town in the booming province of Alberta. Not much out on this side of the province( 10 mins from Saskatchewan) but there is a lot of work in the oilpatch here. I am originally from Campbell River, B.C. which is on the east coast of Vancouver Island. Miss it dearly and usually go back every yr, or 6 months. Ummm, single, live by myself in my own house. No pets. Maybe someday i'll get a pug. ha. I love meeting ppl on here from all parts of the earth. Think it is great ppl can relate and get along. Now if the rest of the world would just smile a little more. we would be in good hands. Not to say the least i love my Country and everyone in it.

There is so much beauty and mystery in this world that it intrigues and amazes me everyday, or every other day ha. So it's a must that one enjoys whatever a day brings. I'm very optimistic, I like thinking only the best can happen. I'm very understanding and empathetic and will always be there for one that needs. I love to skateboard, snowboard, wakeboard and be bored. Doing nothing and just relaxing is just as good as doing something and,... not relaxing ha ha. Right, and can't forget about laughing, I enjoy a good joke even at my own expense what are friends for? anyways i don't really like to toot my own horn....
