I work in a nursing home and the Supervisor (she gives out the meds)
training me is carrying on
like a nut yelling at the elderly. I couldn't believe the aggression in
her toward them. My God it's bothering me 2 days now.
The elderly are so helpless. Should I say something to her or just go to
Administrators?
I feel guilty doing nothing.
People say mind your own bussiness but i feel we all have a certain kind
of responsibility to each other. I am new so I feel like who am I to say,
I don't want to lose the job but if i dont say nothing I am like worse
then her I think if I don't say anything.
