Alright,
So i found out yesterday my foremen for the spring contract is no longer gonna be with our company..
We worked our ass's off all Nov in snow hip deep, blizzards, an extreme weather. on these blocks we are suppose to be working on come April..
Now cause its my crew going out there, an i was the only one from my crew that did this burning contract i was told i get first choice outta the block when made in pieces, know the land, know where the ruff spots are etc..
My fire crew boss calls me the other day to ask me to join his spring crew, up in the Prince George area (Canfor), ( more like sand box)
i don't really want to work for a different foremen, but at this point don't have much of a choice now do I.
so my question to you all is.
A. Work for a new foremen on land i already know that i worked my ass off in to burn an stay in the Okanagan.
-OR-
B. go an take the Canfor contract, with my fire crew boss,
an leave the hard work behind??
