I have a
crush on someone!
Ok figure I might actually fill this out.14 almost 15 year Army Special Ops veteran...18D special forces medicNow employed as an over the road truck driver, with almost 2 million miles behind the wheel of a big rig. Employed with a company that is 100% combat veterans. The boss has other companies but this one is is pride and joy and only open to combat vets. Driving a truck dedicated to the US Navy. Truck is known as Popeye, with the slogan "American Strong", I have ordered the Navy anchors and some other work to finish the truck.Have a couple customized rides, my pickup and the rig. My pickup custom paint dedicated to veterans and goes to various events all over the country to promote veteran awareness and to help collect donations for the veterans. It was done as a healing project for myself. This year, Memorial Day, was diagnosed with anthrax poisoning and was told I had maybe 2 weeks to live. I am still here, going to be here for a long time, just too damn stubborn to give up. Pickup has its own facebook page and hell more friends then I do.The rig, US Navy, called Popeye, the slogan "American Strong", other work currently on order. Passenger seat has been thrown away, and in its place I installed a kitchen-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, oven, and 2 grills. Might be putting in a dehydrator to make apple chips and dry spices. Also have that..live plants in the rig, grow my own spices.

Interests
Depends on where I am and what there is to do. I like to throw darts-steel tip, shoot a game of pool, sit on a lake and fish. But am a country boy that can just sit down with a cup of coffee on the porch and watch the sun rise, then turn the chair around later and watch the sunset. Something to be said about a laid back simple life. Not big on large crowds, give me the open country and a horse and life is good.
Or fishing, and my favorite spot to fish is at a hotel pool. No hook needed, just a bobber and split shot. I been told you can't fish in a pool, but I beg to differ, to date I have caught 3 blondes, 6 brunettes and a red head.
Music
country boy=country music. I do like the oldies and classic rock, AC/DC is among the top of the list.
Skynard, CCR, Beatles, Zepplin, Queen, Bon Jovi, Elvis...and country like it all
Movies
More types then titles, and depends on the mood. Enjoy comedies and action movies the most. But there are times, drama, documentary, horror and even the tear jerking chick flicks
Idols
Well the truck was done up around Memorial Day last year. Now only 6 months into it being out and seen. There are 30k friends/fans of this pickup. I never imagined what I did would be so popular or draw so much attention. Initially it was done up for me. I saw the response and decided to share the truck with everyone. Now knowing the impact it has, I have decided that the pickup is no longer mine--although I will still hold the title. I have decided that this truck considering its impact and following now belongs to everyone. I am setting it up as a non-profit business. The pickup will be connected to the Wounded Warrior Project. Have an address for donations and ALL money turned over to the VA Wounded Warrior. Now with that being said, this is the next little project I have going on. And might need some assistance with making phone calls to get everything in order. The pickup will be heading to Maine, looks like Bangor for the Memorial Day parade. Along with the drive there, I am now attempting a historical Thunder Run. Currently bikers, and a lot of them veterans themselves, do Thunder Runs all summer long for the vets. The longest run currently in the United States, 480 miles in Colorado. I am attempting to set up a Thunder Run from Memphis to Bangor, total 1500 miles, 3x longer then the longest run being made in the country. A total of 15 stops, through 10 or 11 states, each part of the run about 100 miles with a 1 hour stop. The run over 3 days, to leave Memphis at 8am on Friday the 24th, arrive in Maine on Sunday, the bikers, the truck be part of the Memorial Day celebration with the parade on Monday. And the donations turned over to the Wounded Warrior. So now, might need some help with the phone calls to get things lined up. Get the word out, and see if I make the goal of $250k in donations and 2000 bikes
you can see the truck on facebook the page is Freedom Isn't Free
