After 30 years with my police dept it ceased to exist on 1/1/07, we were merged with the county sherrifs office and I couldn't take the politics forced on us so I retired on 1/2/07. My lovely wife found a job in south Florida and we packed up and left Indiana on 1/6/07. We are now venturing forth on an exciting new life and I'm loving every minute of it.
