I guess I'm not really much different from the average man. I'm probably more of a "meat and potatoes" type of person. I am happy and satisfied most of the time and I don't really require much to stay that way. In many ways I consider myself "blessed" to be in the situation I am in now. I am working and my writing takes me into the heart of the Philly "in crowd" from time to time. I am more of a casual person, but I still know how to get it together for a fancy formal event.
One of my great loves is travel. I have a place in St. Thomas and just love being there especially when the weather turns cold. Nothing like the warm Carribean sunrise to warm a chilled February heart. I enjoy movies and shows. Sometimes an intimate candlelight dinner is just perfect. Other times its just nice to watch tv and cuddle up next to the fireplace. I love to swim, play tennis and believe it or not I am also a pretty good cook. I would love for you to try one of my trademark dishes sometimes.

Bruce Springstein rules the world, no questions. I love keyboard oriented music. Growing up I listened to Yes, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Chicago stuff like that. Of course the Beatles and the Rolling Stones are forever. The Who are great. Pink Floyd, Dark Side Of The Moon may be the single greatest album of all time. Yeah I know, Michael Jackson's Thriller is great too. Not much for the music of today. Rap just loses me completely. They call that singing? Hey lets see how many dirty words and vile, disgusting phrases we can get into a song and still make money? You really do know a song is in trouble when they have to put captions at the bottom so you can understand the ENGLISH. Recently I'm more into a jazz thing. I like Miles Davis, John Coltrane and I seem to prefer Smooth Jazz. Fourplay, Rippingtons, Acoustic Alchemy, just music to help you relax at the end of a tough work day. I listen to Snoop and 50 Cent and I just want to blow stuff up. I listen to Fourplay or Bob James and I just want to hold onto that special someone by the fire all night long.

Well nothing really special about me here, that's for sure. I like big, action movies. 2012, Batman Forever, Terminator lots of stuff like that. Oh don't get me wrong, I can enjoy other types of movies but my preference would be a nice big action film. I like movies like Twister on DVD. I've probably watched it a hundred times and still watch it on occasion. The effects are impressive and it's just downright fun. Not much of a horror fan. Yeah, I've seen a few "Saw's". They were ok nothing better. Just not my type I guess. I've seen enough for one lifetime, don't need to see any more.

I'm not real big on idolizing people. It makes them better than you. In a world driven by success you always need to be on the top of your game, if not it will just swallow you whole.Yes, I do admire President Obama, Hillary Clinton and those types of people. They have overcome many obstacles to get where they are now. If I idolize anyone it would have to be the average middle class American and their "never say die" attitude in the face of our continuing economic crisis. The average mom & dad who get up every day, care for their kids, pay the bills, and just continue to pursue the ever shrinking great American dream. I a world of Government subsidies, Unemployment Compensation and corruption at the highest level of many corporations they continue to fight the system trying to survive. Bernie Maddoff embezzled enough money in his Ponzie scheme to buy every single person in America a "Around The World Vacation". I can't even imagine that kind of money. "Here's to you, Mr & Mrs. average working class American." You truly are my idol. Stop by some time. I'll buy you a drink. God knows you could use it.
