Holly McCormik aka Serendipitys Soul passed away Saturday September 22nd 2018 @ 6:10pm in St. Louis MO. She had been battling illnesses off and on for the last few years. Unfortunately her body was too weak to fight anymore. She was 45 years old. She will be loved and missed forever.
