Throughout my life, I have tried to be a well-balanced person. it basically consist of doing some physical activity(SWIMMING,DIFFERENT KINDS OF SPORTS) which is completely for increasing strength and energy which doesnt only provide fun but also excitement as well.For me,it actually provides positive real-life side effects which is only focused in achieving one goal and that is to increase my life-span, able to work longer and build strength.But im sure that most people would agree with me that HUMANS seel pleasure,fun and excitement and avoid PAIN, anxiety,bitterness and agony.
