well let's start with place of birth i was born in saint petersburg russia, moved to israel, lived there most of my life, then moved on my own to bologna italy to attend med school. I'm a very fun easy going guy, i love sports, that would be my drug of choice, i'm also a certified fitness instructor... but there's definitely more to me than just a "jock" so take the time and get to know me

Thanks for the admire. Your background is so impressive. I am starting a fitness program for the new year and wondered if you have some suggestions for toning, wt loss etc for an older woman? Would appreciate your input.
