First of all, I'd like to say, that I love God with all my heart and soul. I put him first in my life before anything else. I became a born-again Christian in 2003. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here today. If you are a non-believer, I would encourage you to continue reading this because it will inspire you to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. For those of you who are believers, this will just let you know that Jesus does perform miracles.
December 5th of 2005 I woke up that morning and I couldn't breathe. I called my sister-in-law and told her and she told me to call nurse direct. As I was talking to the nurse, she told me to tell my sister-in-law to get me to a emergency room NOW!!!
When we got to an emergency room, it was getting harder to breathe. After many tests they discovered that I had a Pulmonary Embolism in both lungs.The doctors and nurses frantically started giving me shots of Lovenox which is a strong blood thinner or they said I would be dead within the hour.
I remained in the hospital for a week. I was also on blood thinner medication for a year. When I went back to the doctor for a checkup, he said "Tammy, what are you doing here, you are supposed to be dead." I looked at my doctor and said well, I guess God isn't finished with me down here yet I guess he wants me to do his work and to show people how God works in people's lives. Then, I looked to my left and his nurse had tears coming down her cheeks. Then I asked "why are you crying? Tammy, my sister died of exactly what God spared you.
