OK, it's later. This is hard to talk about, but I almost died twice in '04, once at the hands of a pitiful excuse for a doctor and once during a brutal home invasion.
I just noticed it myself in my photos, the way my left eye kind of droops. That's because the bastards popped it out of my head. I managed a small mobile home park. These SOBs were selling crack out of my park and I made it known that I was displeased. Not as much as they were.
About this time I started feeling weird, I mean strange.
It got hard to move, it was scary. I had not missed a day of work in 3 years, and on the 3rd day I couldn't go. It was the beginning of a nightmare called Guillian Barre Syndrome, or GBS... It was worse than divorce...I can't talk about this right now... Stay tuned for more...
Okay, I'm better... So I'm sitting there, at this point about 70% paralyzed when these bastards came through the door, knocked me cold with a 4X4 and attacked my head with a 14" metal file with a handle on it... I took 150 stitches, and that's not counting the plastic surgery. Of course they had to put my eye back in, I'm grateful that I have my sight still. Hell, I'm grateful to be alive! My pistol was sitting on the coffee table. If I hadn't been paralyzed I might have got to use it. They stole it. There are people in this world that will do something like that to a helpless man.
