I'm 33 and have lived in Seattle all my life. I've worked in Social Services for the last five years and frankly, I'm a little burned out. I wouldn't mind the monotony of riveting, or bagel boiling or donut hole punch presser. But alas, I don't know if I'd be happy doing those things. At various times in my life I've focused on either writing, or song writing and playing music as my extracurricular passions. For the last six years or so the focus is on playing music.

Music. Writing Music. The Office (British Version). Reading great books (John Irving, anyone?). Writing words in lines. Over thinking. Statis.
Music
I'm into a huge variety of music . . . Jeff Buckley, Black Flag, Slayer, the Melvins, Massive Attack, etc. etc. I am also a huge Reggae fan, from 60's Rocksteady to 00's Dancehall, particularly love the "singers" (Dennis Brown, Garnett Silk, Wayne Wonder, Luciano) and Cultural Dancehall/Roots. Blah. I could basically go on forever and offer a heady dissertation on the roots of Jamaican music and how it has influenced the world, but then I wouldn't have room to talk about Mastodon and High On Fire.
