I come from a mentally abusive home. My father was a narcissist who put me and my mom down constantly. I lived this way for 35 years before he was finally taken out of our lives. My sweet mother passed away in 2018, I am currently living on my own. I don't think much of myself, but I'm trying to stay positive these days. There are some days that are harder than others, but I'm still surviving.
Currently putting a book together about what I went through, hoping it will help others.
