Born and raised in South Carolina. Quit school in 11th grade and joined Air Force. got my high school diploma and collage degree in my first three years in service.Made the AFC team. In 1965 I was in South Vietnam teaching the men etc how to use the weapons we supplied them. War started compliments of LBJ. Completed my tour four months later. Spent two months state side and volunteered to go back to Vietnam. One year later I'm in the states again, several months later I'm in Vietnam another time and my last time. It was clear too many of us that the USA had no intentions of winning the war!
