Laughter is essential in my life. I can cry at the drop of a dime as well. I choose laughter. If u find yourself crying about or around the same person, they are controlling your emotions. Change it. Laugh with those who can find a bit of humor even at the hardest time in life. Of course don't hold back tears, let them out, its a good release then return to laughter and those who laugh with you.

Art. Music. Music is indeedly so essential in life.
Music
Main music is rock n roll, ranging from classic, heavy and heavier. Although I also like 60's funkadellic & trippy to 70's disco ie:if at a party, club. I usually won't have disco on while driving but can get into it at the right place. I can listen to opera as well, again it depends where I'm at. Just so long as there's music.
Movies
Jaws, Rocky, Halloween, Fast times at Ridgemont High, to name a few.
Action, adventure, being scared (just a little, I was born on Halloween) gotta get spooked. But of course comedy - indeed.
Idols
My idol is private.
Video Games
Not anymore. But if I'm at an arcade with my chickens and see a pac man machine, look out, game on. Long live Atari.
