so i have been running for about 7 years now and i've registered to run a 100 miler in june... i've never ran one before and i would just like to finish it. then, i can either try to better my 100 mile time and try and race one in the fall or try and focus on setting a new marathon personal best. My current marathon best is a 2:44 which is just under 6 minutes 20 seconds per mile. I ran it 3 years ago and haven't raced many since then. I've wanted to race a marathon for awhile now but haven't been in peak shape. Ultramarathons are so fun to and i've having trouble making a decision! Please help!!  |
