| Trayvon's own friend testified that she was on the phone with him, that she heard the scuffle in the beginning. The forensics proved the Trayvon was on top of George when the shot was fired. Now I totally agree that he should have kept his butt in his truck. There should never have a been a pursuit of the kid. No matter what that was wrong. What ever happened after Zimmerman hung up with the non emergency dispatcher and the time that Trayvon hung up with his friend....only those two could know. That is where the problem with the court case comes in. The prosecution has to prove with real evidence that at no time was Zimmerman afraid for his life.Im not emotionally invested in this, but the legal system is super interesting to me. I try to always look at these things from a legal standpoint rather than what I feel. But I dont Think he should have gotton away with it completely ...what do you think? |
