Awwww.... I missed the celebration in accordance to the story written in the Austin American Statesman today entitled,
Year of the Pig celebrated in Austin: Firecrackers, dragons mark traditional celebration at Chinatown Center strip mall.
That would have been interesting to attend since my birth year is also the "Year of the Pig". However, my question relates to the last statement made in the article:
"According to legend, Buddha invited all the animals to meet him. Only 12 animals came to the meeting: the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. Buddha named a year for each in order of their arrival. He said that those born in a given animal's year would share its personality traits."

So what exactly ARE the personality traits of those born under the animal year of the pig?????
Does anyone know????
:D
