For the third straight year the New York Yankees were bounced out of the first round of the MLB playoffs. This also marks the fourth season in which they have failed to make it to the World Series and its been seven years since they even have one a title. I guess having an all-star line-up and the higest payroll in all of major league sports doesn't get it what it use too. Once again my beloved Red Sox have shown the Bronx Bombers what it means to be a winner.
