I am a District Manager for a large company. I have spent all this week trying to reopen one of my locations that was lost to a fire last month. Today was the day we FINALLY reopened (at 5pm). The manager moves at a snails pace, left a chunk of money (a HUGE chunk) unsecured and left several times to go "cry". She can't multi-task, is easily distracted and had kids in a location that is only supposed to have adults when they are open. Do you think I should be nice and chalk it up to nerves? Or should I write her up (she may get fired when it gets to the office)?
