I found out today that the man I bought my house from was not the legal sole owner of the property. His brother ( who is not a USA Citizen) is also an owner. With that being said, the contract for the purchase is null and void.
At this point, it may work out to my advantage after I spend many months in court suing the man I originally bought the house from.
I love the house, but its going to be alot of work to keep it.....
would you......?
A) Walk away...start fresh
b) Spend alot of time in court for financial gain |
