| I requested days off even though they dont really have a choice, I have to take off, just trying to give them a chance to work with my schedule as promised upon being hired I emailed my supervisor, i guess you can call him. he sent a shitty email back, basically saying no... so ... i went to the owners. They agreed that they could get someone to cover my shift. After i trained him last saturday, i assumed that was so he could cover for me mon and wed every week (right now i work 6 days a week). i sent am email to that person last night before i left from work because i have to know how to plan my weekend, with homework etc. My supervisor called this morning asking why i sent that email. No one is trying to communicate with each other and help me out because im "helping" them out. I dont know what to do. If I quit I have to find another job for the summer too. |
