| I'm going out of town tomorrow for most of two weeks. At work I'm the only guy on my shift who handles my area, and I'm the only guy who can take care of certain issues that crop up every few days. Should I tell my boss that I'm available, via phone or e-mail, to assist with any problems that come up? Or should I tell them that I will be refusing any work related communications until the second I punch in next week Sunday? |
