Ok here is a question for you all:
You have a Job where you where Hired to Basically Direct the Flow of work and Manage the Sales Team, Technicians, and Paper work. Along with being the Fixer of Customer Complaints.
The Company Restructures and you now have some additional duties which include doing the work of those you where just overseeing. However you have had some duties taken away because of the amount of work would bog you down. Because you have spent Numerous hours building your District to the level it is at, do you continue to do the extra work because you want it to continue to look good or let the New person that is doing it mess it all up because it is not your responsibility?
A) Continue on It will only Make you Look Better
B) Let the New Person make the mistakes then clean them up |
