Was offered a job that's like 10 minutes from me. The current job pays me more being I have been there for a few years. Yes I will save money on has, but I have experience and in my time already had a few promotions, but at a stand still now. I drive about 40 minutes now, but I do enjoy my job and I enjoy being on my own. I do dislike or for a batter word hate some of the people I have to deal with which are not just on my shift but the other 2 shifts cause what they do affects me.

What would you guys do considering the info I gave.
