I have few employees who are having an issue with their boss but it is more on communication then anything. All of his employees have a problem with him but when I have meetings with them all to no have hear say then only half of them speak up. I can not bring a case if they are not joined together but I want to bring to attention what those who have no problem with speaking their mind to the table but I don't want these employees to keep seeming like they are the bad ones because they have no problem saying how they feel out loud but the others who have concern are not speaking. So I need help, I want to take this supervisor aside and let him know I am aware and he needs to fix these problems before going over myself but in the same time breaking the bond with these employees who want to speak their mind by holding off and having a group meeting.
So my thing is should I talk to the supervisor and maybe he can handle it or do I have group meeting and allow the employees to talk and then it end up being the same ones who always talk and they continue to look like the bad guys. In my talk with him alone I will not mention names but make it general. Help me out by 7 in the morning. |
